Shawna Crenshaw

Wildlife biologist turned real estate broker, Shawna Crenshaw brings a rare combination of scientific understanding, land stewardship, and 25 years of real estate experience across Colorado’s San Luis Valley. Her path into real estate wasn’t traditional, but it reflects exactly how she works today: reading the land, understanding the details beneath the surface, and advocating for her clients with precision and care.

Raised on a farm in the San Luis Valley, Shawna grew up where hard work, integrity, and reputation were non-negotiable. That foundation continues to shape her approach to every transaction. After earning her real estate license in 2000, she committed her career to serving the unique rural, agricultural, and mountain markets that define this region.

She works across all six San Luis Valley counties, specializing in ranches, acreage, water rights, and mountain properties. Her expertise extends beyond transactions into the practical realities of land ownership in Colorado, including irrigation systems, resource management, and rural infrastructure.

Outside of real estate, Shawna’s connection to the land remains personal. She spends her time exploring the mountains with her husband, snowmobiling, fishing remote streams, and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that defines the Valley. She married later in life and now shares her world with her husband’s children and grandchildren, embracing the full richness of family life.

In addition to her role as Broker/Owner of Caldera Creek Real Estate Consultants, Shawna is a co-owner of Caldera Creek Staging and an FAA-licensed commercial drone pilot, giving her clients a distinct advantage in property presentation and marketing.
